Qualifications
We are looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist for B2B Channels –MarCommTeam in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years experience in a related position
- Retail brand experience is preferred and deep knowledge in retail experience is a bonus
- Deep understanding of digital communication channels, influencer marketing, creative campaign strategy
- Experienced in Social Media Management is a must
- Supervise/coordinate photoshootings process & production of Reels and Youtube content
- Solid experience in managing ATL and BTL activities of a brand
- Monitor and review annual communication budget
- Ready to work in fast-paced, high-Intensity and dynamic work environment
- Excellent command of English and advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, hard-working, solution oriented and familiar with multiple tasks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan & execute commercial marketing campaigns across key seasonal moments that include development of strategy, and creative concepts.
Job Description
- This role is to initiate, coordinate and execute communication strategies of B2B Channels.
- Developing, coordinating and implementing the annual marketing communication calendar, content, and storyline through all communication channels and materials for establishing coherent internal and external messaging and brand equity. Manage retail seasonal MarComm and Promotion campaigns in all communication channels.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include developing communications strategies, managing owned, earned channels such as websites, social media accounts, blogs, publications with an efficient yearly calendar and monthly planning in line with related brand guidelines, leading presentations, and driving the approval processes includes coordinating third-party agencies.
- Generate and deliver brand story to create public opinion, through multiple channels such as social media, web, blog posts, press releases, interviews, contacts with opinion leaders etc.
- Work with the related agencies to design and implement marketing communication contents in line with brand positioning and strategies.
- Work closely with sales & category management
