Positioned within the Communication Coordination Department as an Excellence Center dedicated to delivering integrated and aligned communication messages to diverse target audiences, it is possible to assume a decisive leadership role in the formulation of brand and communication strategies, as well as determining the scope and framework of communication activities. The role involves designing an integrated brand and communication strategy, establishing and maintaining relationships among all brands, conducting communication activities targeted at relevant audiences, and enhancing synergy among corporate communication, marketing communication, and internal communication activities through a shared vision, strategy, and brand governance. The overarching goal is to foster increased coherence and effectiveness in communication initiatives.
