Brand Strategy Manager

Qualifications:
We are looking for a Brand Strategy Manager to take part in Şişecam Headquarters – Communication Team in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or Social Sciences (MBA/MA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in a related position.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies in communication and channels.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Role Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Şişecam’s goals.
- Define and refine Şişecam’s value proposition, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
- Establish brand guidelines, standards, and metrics to ensure consistency across all communications.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand’s visual and verbal identity (logos, colors, messaging, tone of voice).
- Monitor brand equity, track brand health metrics, and implement strategies to enhance perception and loyalty.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and execute CSR initiatives and sponsorships to enhance brand positioning.
- Build and manage a high-performing brand team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
