We are looking for a HR Process Services Supervisor for our HR Shared Service Office (Non-Türkiye) in Bulgaria.
More about the Role
• Supports and manages the recruitment processes in the following countries: Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Russia, Egypt, India and regions without manufacturing facilities.
• Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies according to the needs of each country;
• Maintains communication with HR teams and managers in the countries for which he/she is responsible;
• Ensures the application of unified recruitment standards in an international environment;
• Coordinates and oversees training programs for the countries under his/her responsibility;
All About You
• Completed university education in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Economic Relations, Psychology, Law or other related fields;
• Excellent command of the English language is mandatory;
• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage;
• Minimum two years of experience in recruitment;
• Previous experience in an international organization;
• Very strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Demonstrated leadership skills;
• Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office;
