Administrative Affairs Supervisor
More about the Role
- Manage campus-wide administrative services such as facility management, catering, cleaning, transportation, fleet, and common area services;
- Plan, monitor, and control the campus Administrative Affairs budget in line with group strategy;
- Manage supplier relationships, service contracts, and performance evaluations;
- Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual and operational standards;
- Coordinate food services, waste management, and workplace services;
- Oversee fleet and transportation services, including shuttle operations and vehicle management;
- Ensure timely reporting of operational activities to the Regional Administrative Affairs Manager;
- Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers;
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields);
- 2 years of experience in Administrative Affairs or similar operational roles;
- Fluent English and Hungarian;
- Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple service areas in a dynamic campus environment;
- Strong digital skills, including SAP applications and MS Office tools;
- Experience in supplier management and team management;
- Valid driving license and ability to visit suppliers, sites, and staff accommodation locations;
