Logistics Responsible

More about the Role

• Centrally monitoring finished goods logistics operations across all Şişecam Automotive plants in Türkiye and abroad, from order receipt through shipment, performing invoice checks and reporting, proactively identifying potential risks and issues, and ensuring that necessary actions are taken,
• Supporting operational logistics teams at the plants in standardizing business processes and improving process efficiency,
• Ensuring the effective and standardized use of SAP logistics functions across all plants, identifying development needs, and implementing necessary enhancements in coordination with Information Technologies, Planning, Project, and Production teams,
• Monitoring compliance with the logistics performance measurement systems of OEM and OYC customers and regularly reporting logistics performance results,
• Monitoring and analyzing logistics costs and budget actuals, reporting alignment with budget targets, and carrying out improvement initiatives to optimize logistics costs.

All About You

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Administrative Sciences, or related field
• Having at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good command of English
• Having a good command of MS Office applications, preferably being able to use SAP/S4HANA
• Having strong problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills
• Being a team player with strong communication skills and a result-oriented mindset
