HR Sub-Producer Services Associate

More About the Role

• Managing subcontractor employee data, monitoring related processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Evaluating requests, needs, and expectations submitted in line with contracts and service agreements with external service providers
• Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of required updates in relevant systems and applications in accordance with legal regulations
• Ensuring process standardization, sustainability, and service quality across subcontractor operations
• Tracking requests submitted through the HR One ticketing system, executing related operational activities, and ensuring timely closure of service tickets
• Preparing information, documentation, and reports required for internal and external audits while delivering high-quality services in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Monitoring subcontractor employees’ basic time management, attendance, personnel administration, and payroll entitlement processes
• Identifying training needs of subcontractor companies, coordinating training activities, maintaining regular communication with suppliers, and effectively monitoring business processes and service performance

All About You

• Bachelor's degree 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Intermediate level of English proficiency is preferred
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization
• Experience with SuccessFactors or SAP HR modules is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in similar processes and operations
