More about the Role
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving workplace stressors, and facilitating smooth communication between employees and Management.
- Provide support for system‑related or procedural inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage the recruitment cycle and coordinate onboarding processes
- Support the performance management cycle.
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs, and ensure proper financial and procurement procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal procedures, and policy updates;
- Maintain employee records, prepare and communicate regular HR reports.
- Organize and manage employee recognition and appreciation processes and events;
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities and events, coordinate vendors, manage budgets, ensure proper documentation and payments, and prepare engagement reports.
- Support employer branding activities: communication with universities, participation in job fairs, preparation of branding materials, and posting plant activities on different channels.
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or a relatedfield.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources in a generalist, HR partner, or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HR systems such as SAP, LMS is a strong advantage.
- Advanced level of English;
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple parallel processes.
- Problem‑solving mindset with ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to work proactively, follow up on tasks, and drive timely completion of HR processes.
