Qualifications

Graduated from medical faculties of universities
At least 5 years of experience in the related field
Having Occupational Physician Certificate and preferably First Aid Trainer Certificate
Knowledge of the legislation of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of Health
Able to fulfill their responsibilities within the scope of the Regulation on Duties, Authorities and Responsibilities and Training of Workplace Physicians and Other Health Personnel
Good knowledge of MS Office
Have high communication skills, problem-solving, planning, and business follow-up skills

Role Description

Carrying out the recruitment health examinations of the employees and administrative and functional management of the health personnel
Planning and conducting periodic health examinations, keeping records, preparing statistical data and reporting them
Evaluating risks by identifying ergonomic and psychosocial risks in order to create a healthy and safe working environment
Carrying out the necessary inspections to ensure the general hygiene conditions at the workplace and to carry out health surveillance of workers in the workplace
Providing preventive and emergency health services in accordance with the OHS legislation
Providing training about Occupational health, occupational diseases, etc.
Making presentations on health issues at occupational health and safety committees and guiding and consulting the employer on occupational health
Organizing workplace health unit's ability to provide the necessary materials, medicine, and equipment management in terms of emergency response and examination, and to provide its organization and administrative order
