More About the Role

 

  • Realizing conceptual design studies for HR Analytics tools, performing system development studies
  • Performing data visualization studies in line with Human Resources analytics
  • Supporting the creation, design and preparation of the infrastructure for the necessary reports on human resources management
  • Ensuring accuracy and controlling the quality of all analyses and reports prepared within the scope of HR Analytics
  • Evaluating the reporting contents of Critical Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sharing them with the relevant units
  • Supporting forecast studies within the scope of all human resources metrics by making statistical analyzing
  • Developing and sharing insights with all partners regarding Strategic and Operational HR data
  • To take an active role in Master data management and reporting activities

 

All About You

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with major preferably in Engineering/Statistics/Business Administration departments
  • Min. 3 years of experience in HR analytics & Master Data; experience in advanced/predictive analytics is an asset
  • Experience in the field of Human Resources
  • Consultancy or systems development experience is an asset
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Preferably having a knowledge of SAP SAC, Qlik, Looker, Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills
  • Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proactive, strong analytical skills
  • Ability and willingness to work with a diverse workforce, intercultural understanding
