Global Young Talent Program “Together” is designed to build Şişecam’s future with talented university students, while offering them a real job experience from day one.

 Being a part of our Global Young Talent Program "Together";

• You will develop skills to prepare for a global career path in an industrial company
• You will strengthen your existing abilities while improving critical skills such as teamwork, communication, problem solving, and project management
• You will take on real roles with real responsibilities
• With production activities in 13 countries and sales in 150 countries, you will gain global expertise and connect with students from around the world where Şişecam operates
• We support your growth with hands-on training, business schools, and networking opportunities with Şişecam leaders

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students in their 4th year, or Master’s/PhD students
• Strong command of Turkish and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Demonstrated potential for learning agility, resilience, and analytical thinking
• Open-minded and highly collaborative
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Ability to adapt to a challenging environment
• Availability to work 3 days per week for a 7-month period

Locations: İstanbul (Tuzla), Kocaeli (Gebze), Ankara (Polatlı), Eskişehir, Bursa (Yenişehir), Kırklareli (Lüleburgaz), Mersin, Balıkesir, Aydın (Çine), Bilecik, Karabük, İstanbul (Yalıköy)
