Employee Experience and Employer Brand Specialist

We are seeking an “Employee Experience & Culture Specialist” to take part in Talent Management Directorate of Şişecam Group. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university, Master's degree is a plus. (We value to work with teammates who make data-driven decisions, but we also value those who make decisions from the guts. So, let’s challenge us regardless of your major)
- 7 years or more experience in Employee or Customer Experience, people & culture, marketing, process development or project management roles in diverse organizations. - Strong analytical skills and strategic vision combined with creativity, sense of urgency, flexibility, and attention to details (We’ve a list of hopes and dreams to make them real so each one of these competencies are essential for us)
- Broad experience working in cross-functional, agile teams, working with EX/CX, UI/UX or IT teams.
- Excellent command of Turkish and fluency in English, both written & verbal, to communicate with global teams in daily basis.
- A strong team player and lateral thinker, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Playing a key role in creating the Employee Experience & Culture strategy of Şişecam and be a gatekeeper of all actions touching the employees to increase retention, engagement and productivity
- Championing employee experiences to increase business effectiveness and drive employee satisfaction; Monitoring and following developments, innovations, trends in best-in-class people management processes
- Enhancing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for digital and conventional processes. Collaborating with IT to optimize processes and implementing digital workplace solutions. Designing and developing end-to-end Employee Experience journey mapping by applying a design thinking approach and working closely with HR Business Partnership, Center of Expertise and Shared Service Center teams
- Translating qualitative & quantitative insights from various sources (engagement surveys, operational data, HROne Contact Center data, wellbeing metrics and digital workplace platforms) into tangible actions to design outstanding experiences for Şişecam’s Turkey HQ and global subsidiaries
- Acting as Employee Advocate within the company and support Voice of employee initiatives, leveraging experience insights and engagement metrics to identify pain points and drive improvements; Conducting in-depth analysis to support complex strategic Employee Experience processes, delivering action plans aligned with HR transformation goals and business objectives
- Managing budgets, procurement process and product ownership in key Employee Experience processes such as Reward & Recognition and on-off and cross boarding
- Organizing and managing HR town halls, Factory Family Days, New Year, and Seniority ceremonies to cultivate a workplace culture where employees feel socially connected, cared for, and valued
- Supporting teammates in Employee Experience & Employer Branding activities, internal communication, and marketing of HR projects
