We are looking for a "Demand Planner" to take part in Sisecam Headquarters – Supply Chain Function located in Tuzla / Istanbul;

•   Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Systems Engineering, or relevant)
•   Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
•   Analytical thinking and proven ability to solve problems with sustainable results
•   Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
•   Good verbal and written communication skills in English
•   Strong communication skills and a good team player
•   No restrictions for domestic and international travels

Job Description

•   Collecting customer forecasts from Sales and adjust the AFM demand forecast if the data is accurate. Finalizing the forecast for S&OP, and monitor and report its performance, conducting root cause analysis if needed
•   Developing action items (e.g., segmentation, forecast parameters) to improve the forecast model
•   Creating a constrained demand plan by adding supply constraints and inform stakeholders of any changes
•   Gathering input from Supply Planning and Sales teams to conduct scenario planning for AFM and OEM, updating based on feedback
•   Providing a consolidated demand forecast for AFM and OEM for S&OP and share with relevant teams (Supply/Stock Planning, Finance
•   Leading S&OP meetings, aligning on action items and sharing with relevant stakeholders
•   Sharing the SKU-level demand forecast for AFM and OEM after financial S&OP results are finalized and approved
•   Collaborating with Sales to adjust the forecast based on actual consumption and take action if there's a discrepancy
