Role Description
We are looking for an Administrative Affairs Associate to join the Administrative Affairs Management team at Şişecam Headquarters, located in Tuzla, Istanbul.
Qualifications:
· Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs of universities.
· Has at least 2 years of experience in administrative affairs. (Preferably in the retail sector)
· Proficient in English.
· Proficient in MS Office applications.
· Preferably experienced with SAP or capable of quickly learning such programs.
· Flexible and adaptable to working hours.
· A team player, dynamic, innovative, and follows technological developments.
· Skilled in planning, task tracking, and coordination.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
Job Description:
· Directing repair requests from stores across Turkey to the relevant company, following up on these requests, and ensuring resolution (the candidate should be responsive and available to handle crisis-level urgent requests from stores outside of business hours, such as roll-up shutters not opening/closing, occupational health and safety issues, major electrical failures, and other crisis situations, coordinating with companies to resolve the issue in a solution-oriented manner).
· Creating periodic maintenance plans for specified equipment in stores, tracking and finalizing maintenance with relevant companies.
· Managing cleaning and manual labor operations in stores.
· Managing pest control services in stores.
· Managing the system for defining and issuing digital cards for store employees in the attendance control system.
· Managing the procurement and distribution of uniforms for store employees.
· Handling the official procedures of stores with regulatory authorities.
· Controlling the due payments and invoice procedures of service-providing companies, primarily maintenance and repair services.
· Managing the dispatch and administration of company vehicles, checking fuel invoices, and monitoring fuel limits.
· Preparing projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs, keeping track of industry developments, and proposing innovative solutions
