Role Description
We are looking for an Administrative Affairs Associate to take part in Şişecam Headquarters in Tuzla/ İstanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or similar fields
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs; SAP experience is a plus
- Holds a Class B driver’s license, actively drives, and has no travel restrictions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; advanced planning and organizational abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Administrative Affairs Associate is functionally connected to the Administrative Affairs Manager. He reports to Administrative Affairs Management on Administrative Affairs Activities and fulfills the duties in the necessary business processes.
- It fulfills the fleet management and transportation processes in accordance with the standards, procedures and regulations in the campus to which it is responsible.
- In the campus where he is responsible, the administrative affairs of the Administrative Affairs Budget in accordance with the Community Strategy, the realization of budget targets, and to control the costs formed, the administrative affairs support the campus manager.
- Ensure the compliance of the services provided in the campus to the contract / service standards and the budget / invoice progress and control processes.
- The necessary operational action regarding the proposal, demands and complaints reported on the correct and effective manner of the daily operations of the administrative affairs processes and the proposal and complaints reported through the HR One System.
- It performs all transportation services such as the execution and follow -up of rental vehicles and fuel services with operational excellence and effective resource management. It carries out fuel, traffic fines, maintenance and examination services of self -esteem and rental vehicles.
- During the vehicle allocation process, he carries out operational works in the campus in accordance with the Global Fleet Management Procedure, checks the safe driving score of the service and vehicle fleet on a monthly basis, reports to the manager and campus manager.
- The supplier performance evaluations are actively participated in the work of the period in the period determined in the relevant procedure, the creation of a performance evaluation report of the companies at the end of the year, the necessary actions and the reporting of the Administrative Affairs Campus Manager.
