We are looking for a Production Engineer to take part in Flat Glass Bulgaria plant located in the town of Targovishte, Bulgaria. The candidate has to have the following qualifications:

• Performs the necessary execution controls in accordance with the technologies of the production processes or services provided within the scope of the assigned department; makes remarks and issues warnings to employees when deviations are identified and provides feedback to the Head of the “Furnace and Batch” Department.
• Generates solutions to problems related to the Furnace and Batch Department. Monitors local and international technological developments and relevant literature in the field. Participates in development and improvement activities.
• Controls stock levels of spare parts and materials for the assigned department; places orders within the minimum levels required to ensure normal production operations. Monitors whether orders are delivered on time, in the requested quantities, and with the required quality.
• Ensures the execution of production and services based on the principles of high quality, high production capacity, and high productivity. Oversees the preparation of internal departmental reports on production and services and ensures their timely submission to the relevant departments.

All About You

• Completed university technical education;
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• Possess leadership skills and the ability to motivate subordinate staff;
• Computer literacy;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite;
