We are looking for a Production Engineer to take part in Şişecam Automotive Glass Bulgaria plant located in the town of Targovishte, Bulgaria. The candidate has to have the following qualifications:

More about the Role

• Performs the necessary control activities to ensure that the production processes or services within the scope of the assigned department are carried out in accordance with the relevant technologies.

• Issues remarks and warnings to employees when deviations are identified and provides information to the Head of the Production Unit. Manages the quality control equipment and ensures measurements through the purchase/transfer of new equipment, as well as its calibration and maintenance.

• Generates solutions to problems related to the services or production activities of the assigned department. Monitors national and international technological innovations and related literature. Participates in activities aimed at development and improvement.

• Monitors stock levels of spare parts and materials for the assigned department and places orders within the minimum levels required to ensure the normal production process. Ensures that orders arrive on time, in the requested quantities, and with the necessary quality.

All About You

• Completed university technical education;
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• Possess leadership skills and the ability to motivate subordinate staff;
• Computer literacy;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite;
