JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Production Engineer to take part in Şişecam Flat Glass Bulgaria plant located in the town of Targovishte. The candidate has to have the following qualifications:

• University education in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation of Production, or other similar specialties;
• Proficiency in English;
• Possesses leadership skills and the ability to motivate subordinates;
• Teamwork skills;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office and SAP;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Carries out the necessary controls to ensure execution in accordance with the technologies of the production processes or services that fall within the scope of the department's activities;
• Monitors the inventory of spare parts and materials for the assigned department, places orders within the minimum required to ensure normal production processes;
• Takes measures for technical safety and for ensuring safe and healthy working conditions in the assigned department, and ensures that these measures are implemented by the staff;
• Assists in resolving issues related to the Coated Glass and Laminated Glass departments. Participates in development and improvement activities;
• Responsible for the allocation and management of subordinate personnel;
• Prepares technical specifications for goods and services required by the units within the assigned department;
