  • Providing IT technical support in accordance with company standards and procedures; dealing with: computers, printers, network infrastructures, telephone exchanges, mobile and landline telephones, videoconferencing systems, etc.
  • Providing IT operational support, in shifts with colleagues, ensuring overall coverage of service
  • Providing second level help desk
  • Taking care of the IT inventory, constantly updating it
  • Using the pool of IT materials provided in the most efficient way, suggesting products and quantities to include
  • Determining IT needs
  • Participating in regional IT infrastructure projects
  • Providing support, when necessary, also working temporarily for other plants and regions of the Sisecam group

 

All about you:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in first level help desk and similar activities
  • Good command of Italian and English languages
  • Responsive to service needs and operational demands
  • Strong communication skills and a good team player

 

What we offer:

  • Entry Level: 27.000 - 29.000 €
  • Senior: 30.000 - 33.000 €
