- He/she is responsible for achieving the annual sales goals and budgets of the related category in a particular region; maintaining solid relationships with sales partners, and the financial results of the related category. Moreover, he/she is responsible for joint business plans with sales partners, conducting market mapping analysis, searching for new business partnerships, and financial management, risk management, and collection in relation to key sales partners.
Job Description
· Carrying out the tasks to increase sales revenue and achieve or exceed the corporate goals
· Determining new market opportunities through regular market mapping, as well as assisting in creating goals and searching for new leads
· Supporting and implementing offer, presentation, price request, and offer request-response creation from the offer to the purchase stage
· Supporting efforts to create and promote strong customer relationships by conducting regular visits and actively using different communication channels
· Assisting in developing strong relationships with customers by creating customized account plans and business strategies
· Carrying out and completing the tasks assigned by his/her supervisors in a timely manner and with the expected quality
· Ability to analyse market and sales conditions and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analyses.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferable, Chemical Enginnering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant)
· Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; in export sales, especially in a multinational company will be an asset
· Fluent English and Italian skill, both written and spoken
· Advanced knowledge of MS-Office programs
· Strong demonstration of the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Ability to take ownership and solve problems with a positive and resilient attitude
· Having good networking abilities
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· No restriction to travel
