Role Description

To perform input, production process and product control functions to prevent inappropriate inputs, semi-products / products from being delivered to the next process and customer. For this purpose, to monitor process parameters, take samples, prepare samples for testing, perform tests; to make relevant notifications when non-compliance is detected; to make decisions on separation, blocking, stopping the process, and quality class; to approve the appropriate ones to move to the next process. To change and / or adjust and commission the control equipment required for production change in input, product, process control tasks, adjust them until the system enters the regime and to ensure the continuity of the process by using them; to take samples from previous / next processes and give feedback to ensure quality. To perform sorting and re-processing if necessary. To keep the process / laboratory equipment, devices, necessary materials, and samples under control in terms of stock, quality, calibration, and operability.
