Elect.&Electronic Rep.&Maint. Technician

Role Description

• Participate in necessary activities for the effective operation of automatic and semi-automatic grain preparation systems, control and monitor them, and provide recommendations to the engineer.
• Continuously operate the Distributed Control System (DCS) efficiently and ensure maintenance of all control systems within the process. Facilitate information transfer to the engineer regarding this topic.
• Ensure continuous and efficient operation of electronic units in production machinery, such as drives, timing, and actuators. Communicate relevant maintenance and control information to the engineer.
• Arrange maintenance, adjustments, and controls for automatic separation machines, ensuring effective and continuous operation. Collaborate with subgroups when necessary.
• Monitor records kept by shift and day personnel, gather information about existing issues and implemented precautions, research appropriate measures, and oversee daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain awareness of material stock levels, provide information to the engineer, and prepare orders when needed.
• Participate in inspections, assembly, and adjustments of measurement and control devices upon their arrival at the factory.
• Assess service needs and make recommendations to the engineer and supervisor.
• Ensure proper maintenance, adjustments, and controls of measurement devices in compliance with Quality Management Systems.
