Role Description

To apply secondary processes such as mirroring, lamination, tempering, energy glasses, etc. to the flat glass to equip it with additional characteristic(s) and/or to operate related equipment in the vacuum coating lines. For this purpose, to include raw glass in the process; operate production facilities and auxiliary units; check the entry of the glass to the process according to the production schedule, quality specs and related instructions; prepare and add related materials to the process; do the settings of the equipment and start production; monitor the process and intervene as necessary to prevent any disruptions in the production flow. To perform works such as product checks and separations; collect completed plates from the line, package or have them packaged according to product specifications. To introduce related materials, movement, directions to the package or have them introduced; barcode them; and ensure its handover to the next process. To clean and perform basic maintenance works during revisions in the lines. To use transportation or lifting vehicles when required.
