More About the Role

  • Support the identification, measurement, and monitoring of financial risks, including foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, commodity price, and counterparty credit risks.
  • Assist in the development and execution of hedging strategies for FX, interest rate, and commodity exposures, ensuring alignment with the Group’s risk appetite.
  • Conduct commodity risk analysis, including exposure mapping, sensitivity modeling, and scenario assessments to evaluate potential financial impacts.
  • Monitor hedge effectiveness for commodity and financial derivatives and provide clear reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Coordinate the review and negotiation of treasury-related agreements, including ISDA/CSA and commodity trading contracts, in collaboration with Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams.
  • Manage regional funding activities and banking relationships, including loans, revolving credit facilities, guarantees, trade finance instruments, and funding strategy support.
  • Oversee corporate finance activities, including intercompany financing arrangements, policy compliance reviews, and evaluation of financing and investment opportunities through financial modeling.
  • Ensure strong governance, controls, and reporting, including compliance with treasury policies and regulations, management reporting, and continuous improvement of treasury systems, processes, and controls.

 

All About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance and structured financing instruments
  • Having British citizenship or approved work permit in UK
  • Ability to work and comfortable in a multi-cultural (cross border) matrix environment; experience in an international organization will be beneficial
  • Ability to communicate with 3rd party financial experts and regulatory bodies
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Especially MS Excel skills) and SAP applications
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
