Plant Engineer

More About the Role

• To ensure the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all production lines, machinery, and utility facilities within the factory are completed with high quality and in a timely manner
• To manage Planned Maintenance activities and assume legal responsibility for all electrical-related matters of the operation and facilities
• To develop maintenance programs that ensure optimum utilization of existing machinery and equipment, and to work in cooperation with relevant departments
• To carry out machine-related activities within operational processes and to prepare monthly maintenance and activity reports
• To prepare monthly and annual reports on machinery and equipment failures and maintenance activities, analyze chronic issues, and produce guiding conclusions
• To eliminate breakdowns and carry out corrective actions to prevent recurring failures
• To coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities
• To improve existing systems, create cost-saving projects through cost-benefit analysis, report them, and develop alternative solutions

All About You

• Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• At least 2 years of experience in related processes
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of High Voltage Techniques and Power Systems
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems accurately and on time
• Strong interpersonal skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks
