Sales Supervisor

Role Description
We are looking for an "Architectural Projects Sales Supervisor" to be assigned within the Architectural Projects Sales Department at the Şişecam Headquarters in Tuzla/Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the facade sector, with a background in architecture or engineering,
• University degree, Graduate of engineering or architecture faculties
• Proficient in English,
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally,
• Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, team player
• Experience in active roles within technical or sales departments of key stakeholders in the facade sector, such as aluminum system house facade applicators, facade materials main suppliers
• Familiar with stakeholders in the facade sector (construction companies, consultants, architectural offices, aluminum system houses, facade applicators, etc.) and has a network,
• Holds a B class driver's license
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Domestic projects visit construction sites and offices in line with the information received from the field team.
• Visits investors, contractors, aluminum solution houses and application companies. It conveys to companies the necessary information about product features, performances and our customers.
• Organizes meetings with domestic project decision makers and provides technical consultancy services.
• Plans project visits of the field team in domestic projects, controls and coordinates their work, and conveys the results and suggestions to the project sales manager.
• Contributes to transferring process development and efficiency-enhancing projects to the production environment, conducting trial runs and evaluating the results.
• Contributes to the coordination between production departments in creating technical infrastructure and design in flat glass new product and technology development studies.
• Transfers the necessary information regarding the correct use of new products in their application areas to the relevant units.
