We are looking for a Quality Strategies and Performance Management Engineer to take part in Şişecam Headquarters – Quality Function in Tuzla/ İstanbul.

Aranan Nitelikler

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in similar positions
• Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22000, or Integrated Management Systems)
• Able to use MS Office effectively, SAP and/or any Document Management System knowledge are an asset
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Team oriented and results-focused
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills
• Coaching, leading, and managing change
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• No travel restrictions

İş Tanımı(H)

• Define and deploy overall Quality Management and other supported systems
• Lead the team within the Quality Management function to ensure that daily operations related to quality system requirements management are completed in a timely and efficient manner according to the vision, strategy, and strategic plan
• Periodically reviewing quality procedures, processes, and policies to identify opportunities for standardization and improvement
• To prepare implementation plans with relevant parties and to follow up and support their implementation
• Collaborating with the upper management team to set quality benchmarks and aggregate local quality data (monitor and act on local KPI's)
• Defining quality process performance indicators, measurement methods, determining performance targets and preparing regular management reports,
• Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues and relevant stakeholders on matters such as related standards, procedures, data management and performance follow-up,
• Standardize and document quality data collection procedures and the management of technological tools used to collect data by determining master data requirements and monitoring data quality in coordination with master data governance principles
• Provide ad-hoc analysis while identifying and recommending improvement opportunities
• Follow up the timely closure of action plans
