Project Supervisor

More About the Role

• Effective planning, execution monitoring and status reporting for current and future projects.
• Ensures successful delivery of large-scale projects on time, within budget, and meeting scope requirements.
• Managing vendors and facilitating effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Actively using established processes, including APQP, and completing PPAP files.
• Conducting studies to determine sales revenues and development strategies related to long-term marketing plans for the products.
• Forwarding new product and product change requests from relevant OEMs within the company, in accordance with procedures to increase sales revenues and develop products and solutions that meet customer expectations and tracking their progress.
• Fulfilling and completing the daily operational tasks efficiently and with expected quality.
• Performing annual budget and monthly projection work in accordance with OEM requirements.

All About You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Preferably minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, ERP and CRM applications.
• Experienced in APQP/PPAP process and technical drawings.
• Having effective verbal and written communication skills in English, with French proficiency preferred.
• Ability to deliver clear presentations and communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats, while working collaboratively within a team.
• Having well‑developed interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically, and the ability to analyze information effectively.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Having a business development mindset with a focus on achieving results.
