  • Leading and managing all back-office operational processes within the procurement functions
  • Managing the procurement catalog process for indirect materials
  • Providing tender management support through the e-auction system for suppliers and the procurement team
  • Supporting procurement operations by managing price escalation processes, coordinating with suppliers and business units
  • Entering and maintaining procurement pricing data in the system
  • Registering new suppliers in relevant systems and reviewing supplier applications received through these platforms
  • Coordinating with relevant IT teams to resolve system-related issues and unmet technical requirements
  • Providing improvement suggestions related to operational workflows and supporting procurement projects
  • Preparing and maintaining operational reports

 

All About You

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in procurement or operation management
  • Having effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Having well‑developed analytical, planning, and decision‑making abilities
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build positive interpersonal relationships
