More About the Role

  • Support to internal and external stakeholders related to procurement processes (purchasing request, purchasing order, tender, supplier registration, good receipt processes) 
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal customers, suppliers, and third parties to ensure continuity of service
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to provide access to information or systems when issues arise
  • Handle help desk tickets and emails, resolving issues in line with established processes and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Organize training sessions for suppliers, internal users and contribute to the development, updating, and distribution of help desk documentation
  • Review tools, and reports to identify recurring trends and propose solutions through people, processes, or systems
  • Contribute to process and system improvements aimed at reducing tickets volume and enhancing overall efficiency
  • Support incident reporting, evaluation, and resolution processes and Report on SLAs and KPIs related to help desk services

 

All About You

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement or operation management
  • Having effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP (SAP) applications
  • Having well‑developed analytical, planning, and decision‑making abilities
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build positive interpersonal relationships
