Role Description
We are looking for an "Organizational Architecture Specialist (Organizational Development)" to take part in Şişecam HQ located in Tuzla/İstanbul.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree with major in related Engineering departments
· Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in organizational design, system and work process design, operational excellence etc.
· Consultancy experience is an asset
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Preferably having a knowledge of SAP HR modules, SuccessFactors, SQL
· Excellent presentation and reporting skills
· Strong communication skills and a good team player.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Monitors the operating model in line with corporate and commercial strategies, technological needs, competition and market conditions; updates where required
· Defines Şişecam business capabilities, ensures their alignment with sectoral/technological trends and corporate/commercial strategies, and enhances the effectiveness of capability-based governance in achieving company objectives
· Creates organizational design strategies in line with Şişecam business capabilities and processes, manages the organizational architecture as an internal consultant by working closely with Functional Leaders, CoE Teams, Strategic HR Business Partners and related stakeholders
· Executes organizational change projects for all functions and global Şişecam operations, develops new organizational proposals with best practices in the sector by considering business line dynamics, regional strategies and functional excellence
· Designs the service model of the functions, observes the design principles and determines the governance structure
· Analyses role-based workloads and creating full-time equivalent (FTE) plans for newly created organizational structures
· Monitors preparation of procedures, regulations and other internal documentations according to the operating model approach across the Şişecam, taking actions for adjustment needs in coordination with relevant units
· Defines and monitors organizational efficiency metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and objectives and key results (OKRs) to conduct organizational health analyses and proactively identify development needs
