IT Solution Specialist
İstanbul, TR
We are looking for an IT Solution Specialist (B2B CRM) to take part in Şişecam Headquarters – Digital Customer and Employee Solutions Directorate in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administrative sciences
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM solutions mainly for B2B sector
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM solutions preferably Salesforce
- Experience with common CRM architecture and modules preferably Salesforce
- Basic functional knowledge of sub-functions in Sales and Commerce modules such as Lead Management, Opportunity & Pipeline Management and Account Management
- Business analysis skills
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA preferred)
- Active participation in at least one full cycle CRM implementation project that has ERP integration (SAP S/4 preferred)
- Vendor management experience
- Knowledge of common software engineering practices (Continuous integration, continuous delivery etc. ) and architecture modelling practices
- No development skills required
- Good command of English
- Strong communication skills and a good team player
- Desire for continuous learning, research and development
- Customer-oriented
- No restrictions to travel in and abroad
Job Description
- Acts as a business analyst that consists of evaluating business needs, categorizing and grouping them and positioning them in related IT product module by considering time, budget and technical constraints
- Works as a project member in CRM transformation journey who will update Project Manager regularly and/or occasionally in case risk factors raised
- Lead and facilitate solution design workshops and business requirement gathering meetings with multi-function and multi-disciplinary participants. Participates as a key member in business process modelling initiatives
- Increase technical and functional knowledge about the related functions positioned in CRM modules (Sales & Commerce)
- Tracks life cycle of other products in the same domain and in case retirement is required plans necessary activities for ending product usage
- Maintain and write all necessary technical documentation for related CRM modules (Sales & Commerce)
- Coordinate with technical architects and other solution specialists for delivering IT simplicity
- Always thinks customer-oriented to deliver a working solution with satisfactory results
- Implementation, roll out and production support for relevant IT application solutions. Hands on configuration and technical design, integration and problem analysis
- Provide technical architecture expertise to ensure proper solution design
- Analyze, design and develop a road map and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint
- Manage and enhance relationships with solution providers and other external partners
- Advise business/ IT leaders as to emerging trends in the industry and suggest new ways of doing things that would facilitate greater leverage of technology
