Role Description

Şişecam Ortak Hizmet Merkezi, Tuzla/İstanbul lokasyonunda Muhasebe Müdürlüğü'nde yer alacak; 

  • Üniversitelerin 4 yıllık lisans bölümlerinden mezun ( İktisadi İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, İşletme Fakültesi)

  • MS Office uygulamalarına hakim

  • İyi derecede İngilizce bilen

  •  İletişime açık, planlama ve organize etme yetkinliğine sahip, proaktif ve dinamik çalışma tarzına yatkın, takım çalışmasına uyumlu

  • Problem çözme, planlama ve iş takip yeteneğine sahip

  • Tercihen SAP bilgisi olan

  • En az 2 yıl muhasebe alanında tecrübeye sahip

Genel Muhasebe İşlemleri Yetkilisi aranmaktadır.

İş Tanımı

  • Gelir tahakkukları ve gider karşılıkları dahil olmak üzere defteri kebir için yapılan manuel ve otomatik yevmiye kayıt taleplerinin yerine getirilmesi
  • Dönemselleştirme nesnesi oluşturma ve aylık gider kayıtlarının yapılması
  • Aylık bordro İcmal kayıtlarının kontrolü ve hesap bakımları
  • Raporlama takvimine uygun olarak tanımlı standart raporların hazırlanması
  • Genel muhasebe hesaplarının bakımlarının yapılması
  • Kapanış takvimi çerçevesinde, genel muhasebe dönem sonu kapanış işlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi
  • Kapanış süreç yönetiminde aktif rol alınması, kapanış takviminde belirtilen işlemlerin gerçekleşmesinin takip edilmesi ve gecikmeler halinde ilgili bölümler ile irtibat kurulması
  • Topluluk şirketleri arasında yapılan mutabakatlara destek verilmesi
  • Personel hesaplarının düzenli bakımı ve kesinti listelerinin hazırlanması
  • Personel masraflarının kontrol ve muhasebeleştirilmesi
