More About the Role

  • Provide analytical and financial modeling support for critical business decisions, working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functional teams.
  • Consolidate and report managerial and consolidated financial statements (including monthly and annual IFRS reviews for both budget and managerial reporting purposes).
  • Own and manage the budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for assigned business functions or entities, validating operational plans and driving financial budget generation.
  • Prepare comprehensive business performance reviews (Budget/Forecast/Actual comparison), tracking key operational metrics, KPIs, and preparing detailed commentary for top management.
  • Generate high-quality management reports to provide precise information for strategic decision-making, reviewing business performance on a monthly basis and providing recommendations to the senior leadership team.
  • Provide financial insights and act as a key stakeholder in core business processes (such as logistics, operational planning, procurement, sales, and marketing).
  • Drive digitization and automation initiatives within the department by designing, building, testing, and optimizing analytical modeling and BI solutions.
  • Take an active financial role in cost-saving, cost-optimization, and efficiency projects across related functions.
  • Support and evaluate the financial effects of new corporate investments and business expansion projects.

All About You

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Engineering (ideally Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering), Business Administration, Economics, Finance, MIS, or Informatics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, or corporate reporting within a multinational company with a global manufacturing footprint or a complex supply chain network; alternatively, at least 3 years of experience in global audit and management consulting firms focusing on the manufacturing industry or multinational clients.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, costing methodologies, IFRS financial standards, and consolidated reporting.
  • Familiarity with complex supply chain networks (global or local), optimization concepts, and global commodity markets is a strong asset.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and financial simulation skills are a must. SAP, S4/HANA knowledge in relevant modules of related business functions is an asset. Knowledge of analytical tools, BI, and reporting solutions (such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Cognos, Anaplan, Power BI, etc.) or a strong interest in developing technological skills (scripting, data management, etc.) is highly valued.
  • Ability to present complex financial matters in a simple and effective way, and comfortable with direct communication with senior business leaders.
  • Commercial mindset, strong business acumen, and a proactive, questioning mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical approach, and a collaborative team-player attitude, with a proven ability to foster a cooperative environment across different departments.
