Qualifications
We are looking for a Financial Affairs Process Excellence & Digitalization Specialist to take part in Şişecam Headquarters in Tuzla/ İstanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operating engineer, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial affairs, accounting, or related functions
- Proven experience in process improvement and digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and digital tools such as RPA, BPM, and process mining platforms
- Proficient in data analysis and process modeling (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
Role Description
- Analyze and improve end-to-end financial processes within Şişecam to increase efficiency and standardization
- Support digitalization initiatives by integrating new technologies into financial workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and lead implementation
- Work closely with IT and business units for the integration of ERP and other digital tools
- Conduct data-driven analysis to support strategic financial decision-making
- Lead and participate in projects involving process mining, robotic process automation (RPA), and other innovative solutions
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuously seek enhancement opportunities
- Contribute to change management and end-user training during digital transformation activities
