More About the Role

• Manage the product lifecycle across Şişecam Retail's digital sales channels, including product onboarding, content updates, category management and product visibility operations
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns, promotions, and discount activities across digital sales channels coordinate the accurate implementation and launch of campaign setups
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of product, category, inventory, pricing, and content information to enhance customer experience
• Coordinate the product, content, and visual asset processes required for digital and social media communications, working closely with relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT, Category Management, Supply Chain, Customer Services, and Communications teams to contribute to the seamless execution of e-commerce operations
• Monitor the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and manage the resolution of identified technical or operational issues in collaboration with relevant teams
• Support reporting activities related to sales, website traffic, campaigns, and product performance, contribute to identifying improvement opportunities based on data-driven insights

All About You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce and/or the retail sector
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Analytical thinking and reporting capabilities
• Hands-on experience with MS Office applications
