Corporate Finance Specialist

More About the Role

• Assisting senior colleagues in defining the funding strategy and presenting updates on the strategy and the results of its implementation
• Analyzing and monitoring financing/investment alternatives and providing decision support
• Monitoring treasury-related intercompany transactions regarding interests, commissions, and guarantees
• Performing benchmark analysis and assisting global bank selections and negotiations
• Tracking and analyzing corporate finance processes performed by regional treasury teams
• Managing front office, back office, and middle office operations for bank loans and LCs/guarantees
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards by performing corporate finance operations
• Generating and validating management reports to provide clear and precise information for decision making
• Having an active role in Digital Treasury Management Projects

All about You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of directly related professional work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Especially MS Excel skills) and SAP applications
• Ability to build internal and external partnerships
• Analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail and proven ability to solve problems with sustainable results
• Ability to communicate with 3rd party financial experts and regulatory bodies
• Ability to work and comfortable in a multi-cultural (cross border) matrix environment
• Having high ethical rules and high level of confidentiality
