More about the Role

• Providing accounting services to business units within the Shared Service Center
• Reviewing records related to supplier transactions and initiating processes for necessary changes when required
• Performing account assignments and postings for third-party invoices/receivable notes
• Initiating resolution processes in case of price and quantity differences in third-party invoices/receivable notes
• Recording supplier transactions based on received requests
• Maintaining and reviewing supplier, goods received, and invoice accounts
• Ensuring the preparation of relevant documentation and reporting during audit processes

All About You

• Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP and its applications
• Intermediate level of English
•  Having ability in problem-solving, planning, and follow-up
